Order confirmation

Your personal data is only used in order to be able to correctly send you your order, should you buy from me. To be able to order from my store, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, contact information and address.

I might also use your contact information to contact you regarding your order, for example if extra information is needed or if a problem has come up with fulfilling said order.

Adjusting, returning or canceling your order

Adjusting & canceling

Adjusting your order (for example, changing your delivery address, recipient name, etc.) is possible up until the moment of shipping (please note the processing time listed below!). Canceling or changing your order is also possible before shipping. Please use my contact form to let me know what needs to be changed and/or canceled!

After shipping, I’m not able to change your order as the package and information will already be with the delivery company.

Returning your order

You can return your order when complying to the following:

  • Your order hasn’t been used, damaged or neglected,

  • You contact me within 14 days of receiving the order,

  • Your item isn’t custom or personalized (these orders cannot be returned),

  • After confirming your return, you ship the return order to me within 30 days.

After I’ve received your return, you will receive a full refund for your purchase, including shipping. Please be aware that you’ll need to pay the costs for return shipping. If you need help returning your order, please contact me!

Processing times

Please allow me up to three working days to process and ship your order. Within the processing time, you will be able to change or cancel your order as read above.

Shipping

I offer worldwide shipping. I try my best to use only recycled packaging material (boxes and bubble wrap I’ve received myself or from friends) and otherwise use sustainable packaging materials. Please help me by reusing or recycling the packaging materials yourself, too! :)

I always ship with track & trace and insurance. This makes sure that you’ll be able to track your parcel, and that if something happens to it along the way, I am able to cover the costs for both of us.

If you order multiple items, they can be shipped in the same box, saving you shipping costs!

Parcel didn’t arrive

Every package I sent is sent with track & trace. You will receive the track & trace code upon shipping, and are able to track the package. Due to transit, customs or the shipping company, it could take your package a while to arrive.

If your package takes far longer than anticipated to arrive, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me. I’ll contact our postal service to start an investigation.

If the package ends up lost in the mail, you are eligible to a refund, as your package is insured against this.

Object arrived damaged

I take extra care to package your item as securely as I can. However, due to the nature of global shipping and ceramics, the item could become damaged during shipping.

Your package is automatically insured against damage. If any damage occurs, please contact me within seven days of delivery and provide me with clear pictures of:

  • The entire package, on which the track & trace label is visible/readable.

  • A close-up of the track & trace label itself.

  • Any visible damage on the outside of the package itself.

  • The inside packaging material.

  • The item you’ve received.

  • The damage to the item.

I will need these pictures to claim the damage at our postal service. After the claim has been approved, I’ll refund your order. It is important that you report any damage within 7 days to be able for me to claim damage and issue a refund.

Shipping to a different address

Do you want me to send your package to a different address than the one you’ve sent me? Please contact me and let me know! Before shipping, I’ll be able to adjust your order.
